In some situations you may need to add a position manually. In order to do this head to the following url: https://app.chartlog.com/import/manual

You can also find it by selecting "Import Trades" on the top right of the screen and then selecting the highlighted link on the left

Here you have the ability to enter your executions. All executions must be unique. This means you cannot enter a buy order at 1PM for 1 Share and then another buy order at 1PM for 1 Share. At the very least one of those orders must be at 1:00:01PM.

In this view you have the ability to create open positions as well. This is the same view you would use to close an open position as well.
