Are you trading Options, Futures, or Forex?
We don't support any of these at the moment but it is on our road map!
Did you recently open a new account with your broker / trading platform?
When you trade with a new account, Chartlog creates an account for you automatically. You can find it on the upper right hand of the page by clicking on your name.
Did you select the correct trading platform?
