Let's find your trades

There are quite a few reasons that would cause the unfortunate experience of losing your trades BUT don't be afraid, I'm here to help! :)

Are you trading Futures or Forex?

We don't support any of these at the moment but it is on our road map!

Are you holding overnight positions?  

We don't support overnight or swing trades at the moment but this is coming up very soon!

Did you place a Stop Loss Order and close or turn off your computer?

We cannot detect orders if your computer is not running and awake. Please ensure your computer does not fall asleep and that you do not turn it off. We are working on a direct access solution with DAS.

Did you place an order using the DAS mobile app?

We cannot detect orders that are not placed on your computer. If you placed an order using a mobile app you can try to add the missing order manually by using the generic upload found on the dashboard. Feel free to contact us if you are having issues with this.

Did you recently open a new account with your broker / trading platform?

  • When you trade with a new account, Chartlog creates an account for you automatically. You can find it on the upper right hand of the page by clicking on your name.

  • If you have installed a new version of DAS, please ensure the Chartlog importer is pointing to your new installation path. Please also make sure that you have log debug messages checked. Please refer to the following articles for setting up the Chartlog Importer and selecting the "log debug messages" setting in DAS

Have you checked the "Log Debug Files" setting in DAS?

If you have not, or do not know what this means, please refer to the following article:
Enable the debug log setting in DAS

Please note, if this is your first upload, the importer WILL NOT upload previous trades, only new trades made after checking the setting

Can you see your trades on the importer screen?

  • If they have a red X, please click on it and try to re-upload.

  • If they have a green check mark, please contact us!
